I applied for and was awarded funding for this project at Bridge House Hostel, which is a shelter for the homeless. The inspiration was the advent of the first railway from Stockton to Darlington, as their building was the first coal weighing building for the railways in the world. The aim of the project was to improve their self esteem and confidence through creativity.
