Surfs Up

I'm allways inspired by the power of the sea, and love being in it, or beside it. I'm basically a water rat and was delighted to open the kiln and find that my many firings had worked to create a multi textured design that has the gradients and depth of colour that I wanted to bring my sculpture to life. The glass is 30 cm diameter and the metal stand is created steel and is 18 cm high to the glass and 14 cm from the base of the glass to the top.
